 Kambeo is completely free to get started. You can join, create events, run auctions, volunteer, manage online stores, and much more all free of charge. We only charge small fees on a select few process on our platform. You can find our pricing here

Yes. Currently, Kambeo integrates with Stripe, Strava, and Twitch.

  1. Kambeo uses Stripe to process all payments made through the platform. All organizations on Kambeo must have a fully authorized and connected Stripe account to accept payments such as donations, and store item sales. Click here to watch a video that takes you through how to set-up a Stripe account.
  2. With the increase in virtual events, many peer-to-peer fundraisers have also gone solo.  Individuals participate on their own and document their activity to support their cause.  Kambeo has listened to our users and added a Strava integration to make it simple for your fundraisers to track their activity directly on their fundraising pages. 
  3. You can use your Twitch account to host Livestreams and eSports tournaments with ease.  We have taken our integration to the next level and embedded it directly into your peer-to-peer fundraisers as well.  Easily drop a live stream on to any event, or enable your fundraisers to live stream as well when they set up fundraising pages. 

Not to worry, if you don’t receive an item from an auction, it’s best to reach out directly to the event organizer. They will be able to deal with all logistics for their eventYou can learn how to view the event organizers information here. 

Kambeo allows tax receipts to be auto-generated. If you have not yet received a tax receipt, please contact the event organizer. 

Yes, Kambeo supports silent auctions.

Kambeo has all the tools you need to create and run a successful online auction. Using Kambeo makes the process of online event management effortless. If you’re ready to host your own online auction, you can get started by clicking here. 

First, you must have a campaign that is monetized. Then go to your group’s Settings on the management page and turn on the Accepting Donations option. And that’s it. You are ready to start accepting one-time and recurring donations. 

All management of donors and donations can be done on your group management page. Donors can be viewed and managed in the “Donors” tab and specific donations can be viewed and managed from the “Transactions” tab. 

Kambeo offers 3 options. 

  • The first is joining as an individual. Donations to this fundraiser will not be included in any team progress bars. Learn more about setting up Peer to Peer (P2P) Fundraising here. 
  • The second option is joining as part of a team. Donations to this fundraiser will be added to the team’s grand total. You can track your individual progress, in addition to your entire team’s progress. 
  • The third option is to create your own team. As a Team Captain, you will set your individual and team fundraising goal, the team story, and set up the team page’s profile 

Yes! Crowdfunding pages are custom branded pages that tell a story and inspire donations for a cause or initiative. Kambeo is a platform all about giving back and fundraising for people, organizations, and communities in need. You can set up a fundraising page in support of your cause, organization, or event in a matter of minutes.
