This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how and when Kambeo (“we” or “KAMBEO”) collects, uses, and shares personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) when you use its applications, websites and other services (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy does not apply to websites, applications or other services that do not display or link to this Policy, or that have their own privacy policy. By using the Services, you consent to Kambeo’s collection, transfer, storage, disclosure, and use of your information as set out in this Policy.

1. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect many kinds of Personal Information to operate effectively and provide you with the best services and user experiences we can. In particular:

• Account and Activity Information – To create an account on one of our Services, you must provide your full name and email address. We may also collect information about your usage of our Services in association with your account, such as the gigs and events you view, the gigs in which you participate, the links you click, and your search queries and results.

3. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE DISCLOSE?

We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to others. If you create an account on our Services, your account will be private to anyone you do not explicitly give access to aside from your Display Name, Display Photo and Rating on the platform. These public pieces of information can be modified at any time and you have complete control over their content. They may also be available to anyone on or off our Services and be seen or accessed through online search engines and other media, however, in order for anyone to view your profile’s content you will have to approve their access by adding them as a Contact. Ratings and Reviews can also be hidden by a user at any time.

Apart from the above, we only share Personal Information with third parties who are bound by terms at least as restrictive as this Policy and only in the following ways:

• Affiliates – We may share Personal Information with any of our subsidiaries, or our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, for the purpose of providing our Services and improving our products and services.
• Service Providers – We share Personal Information with third-party service providers who perform a variety of functions to enable us to provide our Services, such as hosting our Services, and analyzing and improving our Services. These service providers only have access to the Personal Information necessary to perform their functions, only act on our behalf and under our instructions, and may not use it for purposes other than to perform such functions.

Once we have received your information, we will use all reasonable safeguards to protect it.

5. WHERE IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED?

If you use our Services from outside Canada, please be aware that your Personal Information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada. The data protection laws of Canada may not be considered adequate by authorities in your home country, but please be assured that we take steps to ensure that your Personal Information is collected, processed, protected and transferred in accordance with applicable law.

6. CHILDREN

Although some parts of the Services may be directed at children under the age of 13, such as volunteer gigs and events intended to promote community involvement among children, children under the age of 13 are only permitted to use the Services and share any personal information with us or via the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. When registering for an account, a child under the age of 13 must only provide the email address of the child’s parent or legal guardian. In the event that we discover or reasonably believe that the personal information of a child has been collected in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, we will immediately seek to verify that the child’s parent or legal guardian has provided permission, or else delete the information.

7. COOKIE INFORMATION

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit our websites. The use of cookies is a standard practice among websites to collect information about visitors’ activities while using the website. We use cookies to enable our Services to work, confirm whether you have logged into your account, improve your browsing experience, and collect aggregate data about usage of our websites. You may also see ads for our Site on third party websites, including social media. These ads may be tailored to you using cookies. Where you see an ad on social media, this may be because we have engaged the social network to show ads to our customers, or users who match the demographic profile of our customers. If you no longer wish to see tailored ads, you can change your cookie and privacy settings on your browser and these third-party websites.

Our marketing services are based in part from Google information. Google stores cookies and other information about you in order to serve ads based on your past visits to our website or app. If you wish, you may opt out of Google’s use of cookies or device identifiers by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. Alternatively, visitors can opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page or control the use of device identifiers by using their device’s settings.

Although some of our Services link to the websites and services of External Parties, such as those of our business partners and social media companies, we do not exercise control over the activities of External Parties. 9. ACCESS, CORRECTION AND OTHER RIGHTS

We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable and always under the timeframes set forth by applicable laws. • When you provide us with personal or commercial information, you are agreeing to share that information with KAMBEO and it’s affiliates. When you provide us with such information (for example, your name, company name, address, interests, and other personal data), we will often let you know at the time of collection how we will use this information. For example, we may use the information you have given us to provide a personalized service, inform you about our products and services, or measure the interest of visitors like yourself in the features of our products and websites. . We may tailor our offers to you based on information you provide when you purchase products and services from us, from your responses to our online surveys, from information and behavior that may indicate your preferences, as well as information available from external sources. We may also conduct online surveys to better understand the needs and profiles of visitors to our websites. When we conduct such a survey, we will let you know how we will use your responses at the time we collect them from you. Your participation in any of our surveys is optional. You are not required to respond to a survey in order to visit our sites or take advantage of any of their features.

In some cases, we may also collect information you provide about others, such as when you add supporters to your platform to perform wealth screenings or demographic screenings. We do not collect any payment card data directly. If you make a purchase through our Services, all payment card data is collected and processed by a third party payment processor. We may retain the last 4 digits of any payment card for account administration purposes.
