Important: Platform Shutdown Notice

In July of 2015 we founded Kambeo with the goal of providing a service to the community.  A place where people and charities could engage and impact their community.  Despite the years of effort and the commitment of the team as well as a passionate user community, we are not growing and succeeding as we had hoped.

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our operations.  We will be permanently shutting down our service effective March 30th, 2026.

What this means for you

Service access: Your account and access to Kambeo will remain active until March 30th 2026. After that date, the platform will be unavailable.

Your Data: Please export any data needed before March 30th 2026. After that date we will permanently delete all data in accordance with our data retention policy. Some helpful links below.

A cause page is a centralized page that will host all your postings on Kambeo. This includes your customized donation forms, campaigns, peer-to-peer fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, online store, online auctions, and event pages.

Our Story

Kambeo started out as an idea to help connect volunteers with the organizations that needed them. Kambeo Co-founder & CPO, Chris McIntosh set out to make a platform that was as easy for the organization to use as it was for the individual.

The idea was always to help those who were looking to help others. Providing volunteer software was the first step in making that idea become a reality. Today, Kambeo serves as a platform to amplify and support the changemakers and the organizations doing good every single day by providing them the tools to build a better world.
